JOB TITLE: Business Manager / Showroom Manager - Car Dealership

SALARY: Basic Salary £35,000 + Bonus - OTE Up To £55,000 + Car + Benefits

Exciting opportunity at our client’s dealership in Chichester for a Car Business Manager to join their sales team. You will provide support to the Sales Manager in running the sales department.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and professionally handling sales enquiries
• Construct customer deals, including finance solutions and value added products
• Managing the sales team and sales processes
• Maximising vehicle and associated product sales and profitability
• Involvement in daily briefing, keeping the Sales Manager and team updated
• Assisting the team to identify customer needs, providing coaching and support
• Assisting the General Sales Manager in maintaining policies and procedures
• Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
• Ensuring the highest standard of customer service
• Employing creative marketing strategies to boost new and used car sales

Requirements

• Experience as a Sales Manager/Business Manager within the motor trade
• Good understanding of new and used vehicle sales
• Experience managing a large, successful sales team
• Strong sales generation abilities
• FCA Accreditation would be beneficial
• Able to build outstanding customer relationships with excellent negotiating skills
• Able to manage own time effectively, and work well under pressure
• Current UK Driving License
