Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Business Manager or Sales Management role within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of finance and insurance products and associated regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
• A full, valid UK driving licence.

The Role

As Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales team by building and presenting tailored finance and insurance solutions to customers following qualification from the sales executives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building, presenting and converting finance and insurance solutions in line with customer needs
• Ensuring full compliance with all financial and insurance regulations
• Supporting and enhancing the dealership sales process
