Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• IT literacy with MS Office and adaptability to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Record calls and visits accurately, relay messages promptly.
• Perform general administrative duties including managing emails and customer enquiries.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom and waiting area.
