Group 1 Automotive’s Lexus Guildford showroom is looking for a Showroom Host to welcome every visitor in a friendly, professional way. This part-time role puts you at the front line of customer experience, helping to create a warm and engaging first impression.

You will handle inquiries, assist with general admin, keep the showroom tidy, and support day-to-day operations. A customer-facing attitude and strong communication skills are essential to thrive in this busy, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role with the ability to consistently deliver a positive customer experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner.
• Proven ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Accurately record calls & visits, and relay messages in timely manner
• Perform general administrative duties, such as managing emails and handling customer enquiries
• Manage customer waiting area and showroom, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
• Provide support with additional tasks as required to ensure smooth business operations
