Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Showroom Host at Toyota North Nottingham to be the first point of contact for customers. You will greet visitors, handle inquiries, and support showroom operations, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere.

This role emphasizes excellent communication, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to day-to-day admin tasks, contributing to a positive customer experience and smooth business operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role delivering positive customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, friendly and professional.
• Able to multitask and perform under pressure while maintaining organisation.
• Proficient IT skills with Microsoft Office and quick learner of new systems.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately record calls and visits, and relay messages promptly.
• Perform general administrative duties, such as managing emails and handling customer enquiries.
• Manage customer waiting area and showroom to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Support with additional tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
