Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Showroom Host for BMW Hailsham to be the first point of contact for customers. You will greet visitors, manage calls, and handle enquiries while keeping the showroom welcoming and well-organised.

The role involves supporting the team with administrative tasks and maintaining a positive customer experience across the showroom environment. Flexible working options may be discussed.

What you’ll do day to day

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Accurately record calls & visits, and relay messages in timely manner
• Perform general administrative duties, such as managing emails and handling customer enquiries
• Manage customer waiting area and showroom, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
• Provide support with additional tasks as required to ensure smooth business operations
