Receptionist / Showroom Host - Toyota Sandhurst

Part time 22 hours per week

Tuesday 8am - 6pm, Thursday 8.30am - 12.30pm, Friday 8am - 6pm

Daily Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors professionally
• Record calls and visits accurately, relay messages promptly
• Manage emails and handle customer inquiries
• Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom and waiting area
• Support additional tasks to ensure smooth operations

Helpful Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, with a focus on delivering positive experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
