Job description

We are seeking a customer-focused Receptionist/Welcome Host for our Volvo dealership in Cumnor Hill, Oxford.

As the first point of contact for our customers, whether in person or on the phone, you should pride yourself on delivering a first-class visitor experience. The ideal candidate will bring personality and efficiency to the role.

Duties will include:

• Meeting, greeting, and registering customers and visitors, including offering refreshments
• Answering calls and transferring to Sales, Service, and Parts, or recording messages
• Managing post and courier services
• Ordering stationery and supplies for staff
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping and cleanliness of the showroom and waiting areas, reporting issues to a manager

About you

• You should be well presented
• You should be a team player and able to work on a job share basis
• Excellent communication skills and a professional manner are essential
• You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and related software

Salary, Hours, and Benefits:

• Basic salary: £12.21 per hour
• Hours: 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8am-1pm)
• 31 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays)
