Job summary

Riverside Motor Group welcomes customers to Polestar Leeds showroom and provides a warm, professional first point of contact in person or over the phone. You will help deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring visitors feel valued from arrival and throughout their visit in a fast-paced, friendly showroom setting.

The role involves meeting and greeting, handling calls, email responses, and supporting the Head of Business and team to keep the showroom inviting and efficient.

Working at Polestar Leeds, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, welcoming them to the dealership either face to face or over the telephone. With a warm, professional manner, you will go the extra mile to support both new and returning customers while maintaining the high standards expected of the Polestar brand.
