Job summary

Riverside Motor Group welcomes customers to Polestar Leeds showroom and provides a warm, professional first point of contact in person or over the phone. You will help deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring visitors feel valued from arrival and throughout their visit in a fast-paced, friendly showroom setting.

The role involves meeting and greeting, handling calls, email responses, and supporting the Head of Business and team to keep the showroom inviting and efficient.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with customers, visitors and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Handle incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally, directing enquiries to the appropriate department.
• Respond to internal and external emails efficiently and accurately.
• Provide administrative support to the Head of Business and the wider dealership team.
• Offer refreshments and ensure customers are comfortable during their visit.
• Maintain showroom presentation standards, ensuring a clean, organised and welcoming environment.
• Support day-to-day showroom operations and assist colleagues as required.
