Job description

Product and Sales Specialist

Looking for an ambitious Product and Sales Specialist to join our hard‑working and friendly team at Polestar Wilmslow (new site opening). Full‑time, permanent. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am‑6:00pm; Saturdays 9:00am‑5:00pm. Shift rotations ensure fortnightly full weekend off or an alternative day off.

Salary: £27,000 per annum + bonus and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers in a friendly and polite manner via email, telephone and in person.
Work with the team to ensure all sales targets and KPIs are met.
Act as a brand ambassador, providing an immersive, educational, and thrilling experience for customers.
Ensure every customer leaves with unforgettable memories.
Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
Complete mandatory paperwork and processes as required.
Drive enquiry leads and convert appointments into sales, maximizing leads.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and dedication to flawless customer service.
Enthusiasm, drive and motivation to consistently achieve fantastic results.
Background in Sales and Customer Service preferred.
Full UK driving licence (required).
Interest or background in Marketing, Events, Business Development or Used Vehicle programme is an advantage.
