Product and Sales Specialist

Looking for an ambitious Product and Sales Specialist to join our hard‑working and friendly team at Polestar Wilmslow (new site opening). Full‑time, permanent. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am‑6:00pm; Saturdays 9:00am‑5:00pm. Shift rotations ensure fortnightly full weekend off or an alternative day off.

Salary: £27,000 per annum + bonus and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in a friendly and polite manner via email, telephone and in person.
• Work with the team to ensure all sales targets and KPIs are met.
• Act as a brand ambassador, providing an immersive, educational, and thrilling experience for customers.
• Ensure every customer leaves with unforgettable memories.
• Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
• Complete mandatory paperwork and processes as required.
• Drive enquiry leads and convert appointments into sales, maximizing leads.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and dedication to flawless customer service.
• Enthusiasm, drive and motivation to consistently achieve fantastic results.
• Background in Sales and Customer Service preferred.
• Full UK driving licence (required).
• Interest or background in Marketing, Events, Business Development or Used Vehicle programme is an advantage.
