Listers Group is seeking a Showroom Host for our Volkswagen Dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm, professional welcome and guiding customers to the right staff. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and a polished, confident presentation.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with duties including greeting visitors, handling calls, and assisting with events and promotions to create a brilliant first impression of our business.

Qualifications

• You will be a polished, articulate, well-presented front-of-house host.
• Strong customer-facing communication is essential.
• Experience in reception or front-dof-house roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet visitors to the dealership.
• Introduce customers to the relevant staff.
• Receive inbound calls and direct to the appropriate department.
• Support departments with customer events and promotions.
• Handle ad hoc/administrative duties.
