Job summary

Listers Group is seeking a polished Showroom Host for our Volkswagen dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will be the first friendly face visitors meet, greeting them warmly and guiding them to the right staff as part of a busy front-of-house environment.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with responsibilities including welcoming guests, handling calls, supporting events, and performing light admin tasks to ensure a smooth showroom experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience with a focus on delivering an excellent customer journey.
• Able to meet new people daily and build quick rapport.
• Confident, friendly and professional approach to front-of-house duties.
• Strong desire to provide outstanding first impressions of the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff.
• Handle inbound calls and route to the correct department.
• Support departments with customer events and promotions.
• Perform ad hoc/administrative duties as needed.
