Job summary

Listers Group Limited, a Toyota dealership in Coventry, is seeking a polished Showroom Host to be the first point of contact for customers during the afternoon hours (1pm–6pm) from Monday to Friday. You will greet visitors, direct them to staff, answer inbound calls, and support events and promotions, with a strong focus on delivering an excellent customer journey and a confident, friendly manner.

Qualifications

• You will have experience in customer-facing roles and a proven ability to deliver an excellent customer journey.
• Be confident meeting new people daily and establishing rapport.
• A customer-centric approach to delivering first impressions.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet visitors to the dealership before introducing customers to staff
• Receive inbound calls and direct to the appropriate department
• Support departments with customer events and promotions
• Some ad hoc/administrative duties
