Job summary

B&Q Hanworth is hiring a Showroom Advisor Apprentice. This full-time position (36.75 hrs/week) covers shifts from 7am to 10pm, Monday through Sunday.

You’ll engage customers, ask questions, and guide them to suitable products and installation options while working with installers to deliver projects. You’ll use design software to create inspirational ideas and support customers both virtually and in person, aiming to turn concepts into completed orders.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to solve problems and handle customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions and explore possibilities to recommend finance, products and installation options.
• Use software to produce designs that bring customer projects to life.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers virtually and face-to-face, guiding them from idea to delivery.
