Job summary

B&Q Limited is seeking a Showroom Advisor for Trafford Park on a permanent, part-time basis. The role focuses on helping customers complete kitchen and bathroom ideas, with design software to create inspirational layouts and options for finance, products and installation.

You’ll coordinate projects, support customers both virtually and face-to-face, and drive conversions. You’ll need strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills, plus the flexibility to work weekends,

Qualifications

• Great at using technology and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated by targets and capable of converting designs into sales.
• Works well in a team and solves problems with a keen eye for design.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions and explore options to recommend finance, products and installation options.
• Use design software to create inspirational customer designs.
