Job summary

B&Q Dover is seeking a Showroom Advisor on a part-time basis (20 hours/week) with a permanent contract. Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 7.00am–10.00pm. The role focuses on customer service, with opportunities to design and propose products and installation options using design software.

You’ll coordinate multiple projects and help customers from ideas to delivery, working with teams and installers. We offer a competitive salary (£14.10 per hour / £26,945 FTE) with individual bonuses up to £250 per

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated by targets and able to convert designs into sales.
• Able to work as part of a team and solve problems; flexible rota including weekends/evenings/bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions to recommend finance, products, and installation options.
• Use software to create inspirational designs that bring projects to life.
• Coordinate multiple projects, supporting customers virtually and face to face.
• Take customers on a journey from inspirational ideas through to delivery.
