Job summary

B&Q Hanworth is hiring a Showroom Advisor on a permanent, full-time basis. You will engage customers, propose solutions, and guide them from ideas to delivery, using showroom software to visualise projects.

You will work a 36.75-hour week on a rotating schedule, with shifts across Monday to Sunday, and you will contribute to a high-performing team with opportunities for bonuses and a £3,000 top performer award.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs and preferences.
• Design and present product options, including financing and installation where relevant.
• Coordinate multiple projects and support customers both virtually and face-to-face.
• Use showroom software to create designs that help customers visualise projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues and installers to ensure smooth delivery and high service quality.
