Job summary

Victorian Plumbing is seeking a Part-Time Showroom Sales Assistant to join our busy weekend team. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and guide them toward their perfect bathroom choices in our showroom.

Expect Saturdays 08:30–17:00 (8 hours). Pay is £13.20 per hour plus £100 OTE on meeting sales targets. Training is provided, no plumbing expertise required, and a positive attitude helps you thrive in a dynamic environment.

Do you have a passion for creating dream bathrooms and an expertise for making customers feel like a million bucks (or should that be pounds?)? If so, we'd love for you to join our friendly team as a Part-Time Showroom Sales Assistant!

In this splashtastic role, you'll be the first port of call for our weekend customers, helping them navigate the wonderful world of showers, baths, and all things bathroom bliss. You'll use your sparkling personality and product knowledge to guide them towards their perfect purchase, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable buying experience.

• Greeting customers with a smile that's as bright as our chrome taps!

• Unveiling the secrets of our fantastic bathroom ranges — because knowledge is power (shower power!)

• Helping customers discover their dream bathroom style — traditional or ultra-modern, we've got it all!

• Keeping our showroom sparkling clean and organized — we’ve got to make a good first impression!

• Working as part of a fantastic team to smash team sales targets!

We're looking for someone who:

• Loves a good chat and can build rapport with customers faster than you can say "waterproof!"

A basic knowledge of bathrooms is a bonus, but don't worry if you're not a plumbing pro! We'll provide all the training you need to become a bathroom guru. Computer skills are also a plus, but most importantly, we want someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Working Hours & Remuneration:

• Role: Part-Time Showroom Sales Assistant

• Schedule: Every Saturday, 08:30 – 17:00 (8 working hours)

• Pay: £13.20 per hour + £100 OTE (upon hitting team sales targets)
