Sussex Plumbing Supplies (SPS) – part of IBMG – Heathfield showroom seeks a Bathroom Showroom Designer / Sales Advisor to turn customers' ideas into beautiful, buildable bathrooms. You will design and advise, owning the customer journey from first hello to final delivery, blending creativity with commercial sense.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored bathrooms and create buildable plans (CAD welcome).

• Maintain showroom displays and update ranges.
• Stay updated on product ranges and trends for informed advice.
• Own the order: manage delivery expectations and keep customers informed.

Bathroom Showroom Designer / Sales Advisor

Brand: Sussex Plumbing Supplies (SPS) — part of IBMG

Location: Heathfield — Sussex

Hours: Full-time, permanent — Mon–Fri with Saturday cover on rota

Reports to: Showroom / Branch Manager

The role

We're after a Showroom Designer / Sales Advisor who can turn a customer's vision into a beautiful, buildable bathroom — and close the sale doing it. You'll design, you'll advise, and you'll own the customer journey from first hello to final delivery. Equal parts creativity and commercial nous.

What you'll actually be doing

• Design bathrooms that sell — consult, plan and create tailored designs (CAD experience welcome — we'll train you on our system if not).
• Look after both audiences — retail customers spending their own money and the trade installers who fit the work.
• Drive showroom sales — quote, follow up the leads, and hit your targets with service, not pressure.
• Keep the showroom immaculate — displays fresh, ranges current, the floor looking like somewhere you'd want to buy a bathroom.
• Know your product — stay on top of new ranges, trends and what's actually good, so your advice is worth taking.
• Own the order — process it cleanly, manage delivery expectations, and keep the customer in the loop.

What you'll bring

• Sales or design experience — bathroom, kitchen, KBB or interiors background is ideal.
• An eye for design and a feel for what makes a space work.
• Warm, confident people skills — you make customers feel looked after.
• Attention to detail — a wrong measurement is a wrong bathroom.
• A target-driven streak — you like the win as much as the design.
• Sales/bathrooms experience, full driving licence.
