Job summary

Pursuit Resources Group is recruiting a Trade Marketing Executive for a home-based role with weekly travel to South Essex. You will implement shopper marketing strategies across bricks-and-mortar and online channels, covering multiples, convenience, discounters, ROI and online platforms.

Qualifications

• Min. 1-2 years in Shopper/Trade Marketing, E-commerce or FMCG/retail marketing.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent.
• Experience briefing shopper marketing campaigns to creative agencies.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to draw insights from data.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Full, valid driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement shopper marketing activity across all channels.
• Understand shopper path to purchase in-store and online to influence decisions.
• Deliver online and mobile optimisation and tracking dashboards.
• Analyse campaigns to draw insights and learnings for future planning.
• Share campaign performance with Account Managers to strengthen relationships.
• Build relationships with retailer media contacts and secure activity.
• Identify cross-category collaborations.
• Work with agencies on briefs, ideation, creative and content.
• Track industry activity and bring learnings to the business.
• Produce monthly shopper marketing and e-commerce activity reports.
• Develop and manage an always-on media plan for a strategic online retailer.
