Pursuit Resources Group is seeking an E-Commerce Executive to join its Mainstream Commercial team. The role focuses on implementing shopper marketing strategies across bricks-and-mortar and online retail while driving growth in e-commerce capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in shopper marketing or e-commerce marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with data insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Full, valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement shopper marketing activity across all channels, in line with category vision and retailer objectives.
• Understand the shopper path to purchase, in-store and online, to influence and convert shoppers at key touchpoints.
• Deliver best-in-class online and mobile optimisation, including retailer platform guidelines and content uploads.
• Analyse shopper and online campaigns to draw insights for future planning.
• Share campaign performance with Account Managers to strengthen customer relationships.
• Build strong relationships with retailer media contacts and secure activity around calendar events.
• Identify and deliver cross-category collaborations.
• Work with agencies and third-party suppliers on briefs, ideation, creative and content, and hold them accountable for results.
• Track industry and competitor activity and bring learnings into the business.
• Produce monthly shopper marketing and e-commerce activity reports.
