Shop Supervisor, Sue Ryder Care, Guiseley (LS20 8AH), part-time 15 hours/week, on-site. £12.79 per hour. You’ll support the manager and team, drive income for vital services and help deliver excellent service to customers and donors.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, income and performance against targets.
• Support and motivate the team to provide excellent service to customers and donors.
• Build strong community relationships to generate quality donated stock.
• Help Recruit, train and retain a committed volunteer team.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, housekeeping and health & safety.
• Manage stock and EPOS processes to keep the shop fresh, seasonal and well presented.
• Championing the Sue Ryder brand, in-store campaigns and national fundraising initiatives.
