Job summary

Sue Ryder York Road Shop in Leeds is seeking a Shop Assistant to join our team. This part-time role covers 15 hours per week across 3 days with weekend rotations, offering a meaningful way to support our palliative and end-of-life care services.

The successful candidate will assist in driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of merchandising while supporting stock management and EPOS processes.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills with ability to engage donors and customers.
• Retail experience to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Ability to build community relationships and secure quality donated stock.

Responsibilities
