Job summary

Sue Ryder Care is seeking a Shop Manager in Wrexham for a full-time, permanent role with a salary from £25,791.23 per year. The position is 37.5 hours per week on-site, with weekends on a rota, and you will lead a team to deliver excellent customer and donor service while driving income for our vital services.

You will recruit and train volunteers, maintain high merchandising standards, manage stock and EPOS processes, and champion the Sue Ryder brand through campaigns and nationwide fundraising

Responsibilities

• Driving sales, income and performance against targets.
• Leading and motivating your team to deliver excellent customer and donor service.
• Building strong community relationships to generate quality donated stock.
• Recruiting, training and retaining a committed volunteer team.
• Maintaining high standards of merchandising, housekeeping and health & safety.
• Managing stock and EPOS processes to keep the shop fresh, seasonal and well presented.
• Championing the Sue Ryder brand, in-store campaigns and national fundraising initiatives.
