Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People in West Bridgford is opening a new shop and seeking an experienced Shop Manager to lead day-to-day operations, motivate staff and volunteers, and maximise income for the East Midlands charity.
You will drive sales, manage stock, grow online and offline donations, recruit and develop volunteers, and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting financial targets.

At Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People, we provide specialist palliative and end-of-life care to more than 750 babies, children and young people living with life-limiting conditions, while supporting around 3,000 family members, siblings and carers across the East Midlands. Together, we help brighten short lives and support families when they need us most.
As Shop Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the store, leading a team of staff and volunteers to maximise income, deliver exceptional customer service, and create an engaging shopping experience.
