Job summary

Greggs plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shop Manager to lead and motivate a team, delivering fast and friendly service to customers across in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a brilliant shopping experience whether customers order in store or online.

Day to day you will recruit, train and develop colleagues, drive performance, manage wage and waste controls, oversee food preparation and serving, and keep the shop clean, well stocked

Qualifications

Experience as a supervisor or line manager in food-on-the-go or retail.
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Strong leadership and people development skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the team to deliver amazing results and maintain high shop standards.
Drive performance through recruitment, training and colleague engagement.
Monitor wage controls, waste controls and customer service standards.
