Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience using a WMS, TMS, ERP system or similar operational software.
• GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths.
• A qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (Desirable).
• Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement training (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating outbound shipments and ensuring orders are dispatched on time.
• Booking and managing transport with courier, pallet and freight providers.
• Preparing shipping documentation and delivery records.
• Collaborating with warehouse, operations and customer service to fulfil orders.
• Monitoring shipments, investigating delays and resolving issues.
• Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting KPI reporting and carrier performance monitoring.
