Job summary

Working Solutions Recruitment is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a Milton Keynes-based manufacturing client. You will manage end-to-end movement of goods, arranging transport, monitoring shipments and maintaining accurate records to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role is permanent and full-time, primarily office-based with regular interaction with customers, suppliers and third-party logistics providers. A proactive, organised approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transport coordination, shipping or similar role.
• Strong telephone manner and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation, planning and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Arrange transportation and site deliveries in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Coordinate with Project Management, customers, suppliers and 3PLs.
• Monitor inbound/outbound freight and track consignments to delivery.
• Investigate delays and assist with route planning across modes.
• Maintain logistics records and prepare delivery paperwork.
