Job summary

RWS Global is seeking a Coordinator, Logistics based at the Milton Keynes UK headquarters. The role coordinates transport, books shipments, and negotiates quotes with freight vendors for global import/export operations, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with strong Excel/Outlook/Word skills, experience with Wrike and NetSuite, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. Office/remote flexibility is available.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating & booking domestic & international freight transport for projects & events, including shipment timelines per project.
• Booking all domestic & international courier shipments and providing status updates.
• Researching UK HS commodity codes for accurate customs documentation.
• Creating commercial invoices and delivery notes for shipments.
• Support Warehouse Logistics with picking, packing and dispatch operations.
• Cover operational warehouse activities during peak workload or leave.
