• Ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency of all on-board personnel.
• Take command of the vessel, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Instruct crew on their daily duties and monitor skills.
• Promote safe navigation and working practices.
• Ensure compliance with maritime legislation.
• Communicate regularly with shore-based Marine Manager and DPA.
