Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Warehousing & Logistics Shift Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you’ll lead daily shift operations, safeguard our customers’ most vital physical assets, and balance hands-on leadership with strategic resource planning to ensure the operation runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in shift management or supervision in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, workforce planning, and KPI tracking.
• Proven team leadership with coaching and engagement.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations: oversee daily warehouse processes to meet service levels.
