Iron Mountain Incorporated in the United Kingdom is seeking a dynamic Warehousing & Logistics Shift Manager to join our Operations team. You’ll have the opportunity to lead daily shift operations that safeguard our customers' assets while driving quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.

You will develop and coach operational teams, plan staffing, monitor KPIs, manage shift costs, and ensure safety and compliance across the warehouse.

Formación

• Several years of experience in shift management or supervision within a fast-paced 3PL warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), workforce planning, and operational KPI tracking.
• Proven team leadership skills with a track record of coaching employees and building strong team engagement.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to resolve operational challenges under pressure.

• Lead shift operations: Oversee daily warehouse processes including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to meet service levels.
• Develop operational teams: Coach, mentor, and build an engaged, high-performing workforce focused on safety and quality.
• Manage resources and performance: Plan daily staffing, track key operational KPIs, and manage shift costs to meet demand.
• Maintain safety and compliance: Conduct workplace inspections and ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and security protocols.
• Drive operational efficiency: Resolve daily process bottlenecks and implement practical continuous improvement initiatives.
