Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Warehousing & Logistics Shift Manager to lead daily shift operations and safeguard customers' assets. You will balance hands-on leadership with strategic planning to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality performance across the shift.

You will coach a diverse team, monitor KPIs, manage shift costs, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Several years of shift management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and workforce planning.
• Proven leadership with coaching and team engagement.
• Demonstrated problem-solving under pressure in logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse processes to meet service levels for receipt, storage and dispatch.
• Coach and develop an engaged, high-performing workforce focused on safety and quality.
• Plan daily staffing and track KPIs to manage shift costs and meet demand.
• Lead safety, health, and security procedures with strict compliance.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive practical continuous improvement initiatives.
