Job summary

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, relevant food service certification, and prior shift-lead experience. Availability for long hours, nights, weekends, and emergencies is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products and following all product preparation procedures.
• Maintains product quality, customer service, and performance responsibilities within acceptable standards.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage for restaurant and provides immediate feedback to correct problems.
• Contribute to profit goals by managing cash and inventory within company guidelines.
