Job summary

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Serv‑Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station including dough management and portioning; makes quality products and maintains holding times.
Contributes to achieving the restaurant’s product goals and meets customer needs while minimizing complaints.
Follows policies in the handbook including image, attendance, safety and security.
Exhibits core values, maintains a positive attitude, and works well with others.
Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct problems; maintains product quality and service within standards.
Manages cash and inventory to minimize loss and supports profit goals.
