Papa John’s is seeking an hourly Shift Leader to guide a restaurant team, deliver world-class service, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will join a flexible, team-driven culture with training in leadership and people development; must be 18+, able to work nights and weekends, capable of lifting up to 25 pounds, and sustain energy throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• Basic math and solid problem‑solving skills.
