The role involves preparing beverages, maintaining store standards, and taking ownership of shifts in the manager's absence. We value supervisory experience, hospitality or retail background, and a proactive, communicative mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused environment.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating great experiences.
• Confidence to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to make decisions and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations, delegating tasks and motivating colleagues.

• Support store operations with stock control, ordering, banking and administration.
• Champion quality and safety, maintain food safety standards and store cleanliness.
• Keep the store inviting and well-presented for customers and staff.
