Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is looking for passionate Shift Supervisors to run shifts and lead from the front in a fast-paced, fresh food environment. You’ll direct and coach your team to deliver great food quality, speed of service, and guest experience.

You’ll support the management team, own your shift performance, and develop future leaders while upholding HACCP, health and safety standards, and company values that celebrate energy and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced setting.
• Hands-on, lead-from-the-front mindset.
• Passion for people and high team performance.
• Strong knowledge of standards, compliance and food safety.
• Excellent communication and team motivation.
• Calm, organized and focused under pressure.
• Desire to grow into management.
