Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Hands-on leadership with the ability to coach and develop staff.
• Knowledge of HACCP, health & safety, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities
