Job summary

Popeyes UK&I is seeking a Shift Supervisor to run shifts, coach the team, and deliver outstanding food quality and guest experience in a fast-paced setting. You will direct and support the front-line team, ensuring standards and safety compliance while maintaining high energy on the floor.

Ideal candidates are hands-on leaders who can motivate others, manage labour and service flow, and grow into management roles through the fast-track development programme.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment, preferably QSR or fast casual dining.
• Hands-on, lead-from-the-front mindset with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Confident in managing standards, compliance, and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Run your shift and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Support management in hitting performance goals and driving results.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and keep the team aligned and energised.
