Popeyes UK&I is hiring Shift Supervisors to run shifts, lead from the front, and coach a fast-paced team to deliver great food and guest experience.

You'll own your shift, support the management team, and drive performance across people, product, and service while maintaining high standards of HACCP, health & safety, and guest satisfaction. This role includes flexible schedules and a pathway into management through a fast-track development programme.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead-from-the-front mindset — hands-on and supportive.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Run your shift and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Support management in hitting performance goals and driving results.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and keep the team aligned, focused, and energized.
• Be the role model — set the tone, maintain high standards, and lead from the front.
• Create a fun, inclusive environment where both team and guests feel the energy.
• Coach, train, and develop your team — building future leaders.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and company standards.
• Take ownership of shift performance — labour, flow, and service.
• Bring energy and keep service smooth and culture vibrant.
