Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Supervisory-level candidate to lead a busy pub team in Manchester. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage shifts, and support the pub with opening, closing, stock control, and cash handling while upholding Marston’s service standards.

You’ll work in a dynamic, pub-life environment with opportunities for progression through our internal pathway, DNA, and a supportive, people-first culture. Flexible hours and part-time options may be available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Experience opening/closing, stocking, and cashing up.
• Strong customer service orientation and team motivation.
• Willingness to lead in a fast-paced pub environment.
• Ability to think on your feet and take initiative.

Responsibilities
