Marston's PLC is seeking a Supervisor to join our team at a bustling pub. You will lead and motivate the team to deliver memorable guest experiences, manage opening/closing, stock, and cash duties, and partner with senior management to keep the pub running smoothly and profitably.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role is required.
• You should be a role model for customer service and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver consistent guest experiences.
• Open and close shifts, stock, and cash up.
• Ensure smooth running of shifts and manage pub operations in the absence of senior management.
• Coordinate with the wider management team to run the business efficiently and profitably.
