Job summary

Starbucks Tongham is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team, ensure products are fresh and tasty, and deliver outstanding customer service. Working alongside the Store Manager, you’ll prepare beverages, maintain store standards, and step in when the Manager is away to keep operations running smoothly.

A flexible, full-time role with 8-hour shifts, you’ll motivate colleagues, manage customer experiences, and uphold high food safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team by supervising daily operations and motivating colleagues.
