Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced hospitality, QSR, or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead your shift and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food quality, speed of service, and unforgettable guest experiences
• Support the management team in building a high-performing restaurant from opening day
• Lead engaging pre-shift briefings that energise and focus your team
• Be a hands-on leader who sets the standard and motivates others through example
• Coach, develop, and support your team, helping identify and grow future leaders
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining high standards across food safety, cleanliness, and compliance
• Take ownership of shift performance, including labour deployment, service flow, and guest satisfaction
• Help create a fun, inclusive, and energetic culture where both guests and team members love being part of the restaurant
• Play an active role in embedding Popeyes culture and values as part of a brand-new opening team
