Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Hands-on lead-from-the-front mindset and coaching ability.
• Confidence in maintaining food safety, HACCP and standards.

Responsibilities

• Run your shift and lead the team to deliver outstanding food quality and guest experience.
• Support management in hitting performance goals and driving results.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and keep the team aligned and energized.
• Set a positive tone, maintain high standards, and lead by example.
• Create a fun, inclusive environment for staff and guests.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to build future leaders.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards.
• Take ownership of shift performance including labour, flow, and service.
• Maintain energy, smooth service, and a vibrant culture on shift.
