POPEYES UK CHICKEN & PIZZA LTD is seeking a Shift Supervisor to run shifts in Birmingham, delivering Popeyes’ renowned food quality, speed of service, and guest experience. You’ll lead from the front, coaching your team and owning shift performance with a hands-on management style.

The role offers an hourly rate of £12.75–£13.25 with a £0.50 premium when acting as Duty Manager, plus a £1000 referral bonus, flexible scheduling, free meals on shift, and various employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on, lead-from-the-front mindset with strong communication.
• Passion for people and ability to motivate a team.
• Confident in managing standards, compliance and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Run your shift and lead the team to deliver quality, speed, and guest experience.
• Support the management team in hitting performance goals.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and keep the team aligned and energized.
• Be the role model, set the tone, and maintain high standards.
• Coach, train and develop team members to build future leaders.
• Ensure HACCP, health & safety, and company standards compliance.
• Take ownership of shift performance, including labour, flow and service.
