Job summary

EG Group in Motherwell is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, prepare beverages, and uphold high store standards. You will work closely with the Store Manager, take ownership of shifts in their absence, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role offers flexible shifts around availability, hourly pay of £13.55, and benefits including discounts and rewards. Prior supervisory experience and a customer-focused mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused environment.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating great experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily store operations and staff, ensuring smooth service.
• Maintain store standards, prepare beverages, and ensure product quality and freshness.
• Assist Store Manager with stock control, ordering, and administrative tasks.
• Motivate and support the team to deliver great results and training.
• Ensure food safety, health and safety, and cleanliness across the store.
