Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers' Harrow pub, Ember Inns, in Greater London, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests and lead a team to deliver great service. You'll be part of the day-to-day running, train staff, and ensure cleanliness and safety while modelling a friendly, guest-first approach.

Joining us means you’ll supervise shifts, host guests, and coach teams while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest service preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and train staff.
